Psychometric Testing

Working Solutions can arrange cost effective Psychometric Testing. Working with your Job Description and Person Specification, we can ensure objectivity and transparency in the recruitment, assessing and selection of staff.

The procedures are job related, in that they test the skills and aptitudes which are identified for the particular job or situation, to match your company culture.

A range of scientifically validated tests can be selected after consultation with you, which assess verbal, numerical and critical reasoning. These are conducted and assessed by an Occupational Psychologist.

Personality tests can be used, including 16PF which are used as part of the screening process to identify a person’s frustrations, stresses, motivations and fears. Feedback will be given by an Occupational Psychologist, who is skilled in this highly technical area.
