Assessment Centre Design
Your assessment centre will be tailored to your exact needs, taking into account your organisation's culture. We will work with you to put a competency framework in place including job analysis, job descriptions and person specifications. It can include combinations of the following:

Outcomes
The outcome from an Assessment Centre is a balanced judgment on each candidate, enabling a selection to be made. Our consultants are trained to facilitate the moderation of 'scores' at the end of an assessment centre and give clear presentation of the information on which they are based.
